Maya was born and raised in Bombay, India
and has lived and worked in Bangalore and rural Madhya Pradesh.
In 2023, they moved to Chicago, IL, USA
to pursue their MFA at the University of Chicago.
Maya is currently working with sensitivity and fragility
as material that precede prejudice and permanance.
